On May 11th, the highly regarded VR classic and multiplayer sensation, Walkabout Mini Golf, made its debut. Following shortly after, on May 18th, the sequel to the acclaimed puzzle game Fisherman's Tale was released, along with the visually stunning Red Matter 2. May 24th witnessed the arrival of the incredibly successful VR game, Beat Saber. Additionally, on May 25th, the lesser-known yet impressive horror roguelike Cosmodread was launched.

Despite being released towards the end of the month, Beat Saber managed to claim the top spot in both North America and Europe. It has maintained its position as the number one title on Playstation VR for years. With the introduction of Playstation VR 2, will Beat Saber remain unbeatable? Only time will tell in the coming months.

Golf and Space Games Delight PSVR 2 Owners: Walkabout Mini Golf and Red Matter 2 secured the second and third positions, respectively, on the PSVR 2 charts. Walkabout Mini Golf enjoyed higher sales in the US, while Red Matter 2 performed exceptionally well in Europe. Surprisingly, Another Fisherman's Tale failed to make it into the top ten.

As expected, the remaining slots in the charts were dominated by popular titles from recent months. The tactical team shooter Pavlov, the visually impressive kayaking simulation Kayak VR: Mirage, and the boxing game Creed: Rise to Glory claimed their places. The rhythm shooter Pistol Whip also maintained a strong presence.

A Promise of Abundant Game Releases by Sony: May's success is expected to be followed by a stream of captivating releases. During the Playstation Showcase, the VR mode for Resident Evil 4 was unveiled, promising a complete gaming experience. Furthermore, the announcement of Arizona Sunshine 2 and Five Nights at Freddy's: Help Wanted 2 created a buzz among VR enthusiasts.

A week later, at the Meta Quest Gaming Showcase, several VR games were showcased, confirming their arrival on Playstation VR 2. This exciting lineup included Vampire: The Masquerade - Justice, The 7th Guest VR, and Bulletstorm VR.

Jim Ryan, the CEO of Playstation, has previously assured gamers of a continuous influx of games for Playstation VR 2. In an interview, he stated, "We are committed to pushing boundaries to ensure that PS VR2 owners can enjoy a vast library of games for a prolonged period."
