New Delhi: The National Green Tribunal (NGT) filed a petition on Monday, challenging the Kejriwal government's decision to implement the "Odd-Even (Number) Scheme" of vehicles in the national capital Delhi from November 4 to November 15. The petition filed by advocate Gaurav Kumar Bansal said that the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) assessed the impact of the even-odd scheme on Delhi's air quality and found that the city's air quality remained unimplemented during its implementation period.
