New Delhi. From today onwards, the Shardiya Navaratri has started with full festivity favour across the nation. All atmosphere in the country has become divine with the voice of Jai Mata Di and it is being heard everywhere. Various Temples have decorated and devotees thronged to visit the Goddess to get blessed with peace, prosperity and joy. This time Navaratri will conclude October 18. Today PM Modi who is also a great devotee of Goddess Durga took his official twitter handle to greet the nation-

“वन्दे वाञ्छितलाभाय चन्द्रार्ध कृतशेखराम् ।

वृषारूढाम् शूलधराम् शैलपुत्रीम् यशस्विनीम् ॥

(Vande Vaishchalabhaya Chandradhar Krithekharam

Vrisharudham Shuldharmam Shalputrimam Yashasvinim)

We bow today, to the daughter of the mountains, Maa Shailaputri.

An Avatar of Maa Durga, she is also closely associated with nature. She personifies simplicity,” PM Modi tweeted.

In his tweet PM Modi with his greetings extended wish for happiness, peace and prosperity to nation.

शक्ति की देवी मां दुर्गा सबके जीवन में सुख, शांति और समृद्धि लेकर आएं।

In these days of Navratri, Devotees offer prayers to these 9 forms of Deity- Shailputri, Brahmacharini, Chandraghanta, Kushmandra, Skandamata, Katyayani, Kalratri, Mahagauri and Siddhidatri .

The divine nine days of Navratri are considered in the Hindu religion as the worship days due to which the Goddess blesses them. Following the festivity of Shardhiya Navratri from October 10 this year also preparations are being made with great fervor throughout the country.
