The Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Captain Amarinder Singh, the Congress chief Ministerial Candidate for his winning in the Punjab Assembly elections.

Mr Singh today won from Patiala with the margin of 51,000  votes. He turned 75 as today is his birthday. After 10 years he will return to power.

As per the sources news, he said we are very happy and I am very happy that I got the gift of my birthday in the form of this victory. The Punjab Voters are very sensible.
