The Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Emmanuel Macron for his great victory in the French Presidential election through tweeting on Twitter.
PM Modi in a tweet wrote 'Congratulations to @EmmanuelMacron for an emphatic victory in the French Presidential election. #Presidentielle2017'
I look forward to working closely with President-elect @EmmanuelMacron to further strengthen India-France ties, he tweeted.
Macron is elected as the President of France last night.
