New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi complimented Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and her team on a 'people-friendly and progressive budget' on Tuesday in New Delhi.

The Prime Minister said the Union Budget is "full of potential for greater infrastructure, more investment, more growth, and more jobs" in his remarks after it was tabled in the Lok Sabha.

"This will help to expand the green job market. This budget not only addresses current issues, but also assures that the youth have a bright future " he added. The Prime Minister also stated that the pursuit of modernity and technology in all aspects of life, including drones for farmers, Vande Bharat Trains, digital currency, 5G services, and a national digital health ecosystem, will benefit our youth, middle class, poor, Dalit, and backward classes significantly.

The Prime Minister emphasised that one of the most essential parts of this Budget is the poor's wellbeing. "Every impoverished household would be provided with a pucca house, toilet, tap water, and gas hookup, according to the budget. At the same time, contemporary Internet connectivity is a priority "PM Modi stated.
