New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi will celebrate Deepawali with jawans as usual in Jammu and Kashmir. Prime Minister Modi is likely to share Deepawali happiness with jawans at Nowshera in the Rajouri district. However, the place to celebrate Deepawali with PM Modi's jawans may also be changed at the last moment. On the occasion of Deepawali, PM who arrived in Jammu and Kashmir for the first time after article 370 was lifted last year, celebrated Deepawali among the soldiers posted in Rajouri district.

Let me tell you that PM Narendra Modi has been visiting some of the borders of the country every year to celebrate the festival of Deepawali with soldiers. On such occasions, Prime Minister Modi meets soldiers and distributes sweets with them. Prime Minister Modi has earlier celebrated Deepawali among soldiers in Jammu and Kashmir, Uttarakhand and other places.

At the same time, in 2016, PM Modi celebrated Deepawali with Indian Tibetan border police personnel posted at Mana on the Indo-China border in Chamoli district of Uttarakhand. In 2017, PM Narendra Modi celebrated the festival of happiness with jawans posted in the Gurez sector of Jammu and Kashmir. Similarly, in 2018, Prime Minister Modi celebrated Deepawali with army soldiers deployed along the Chinese border in Uttarakhand and soldiers of the Indian Tibetan Border Police.
