Amit Shah tweeted, "Heartiest greetings to all the countrymen on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan.''

 

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also tweeted, "Heartiest greetings to all of you on the auspicious festival of Raksha Bandhan.'' Union Minister Piyush Goyal wrote on Koo, "Heartiest greetings to all the countrymen on the festival of 'Raksha Bandhan', a symbol of unwavering affection and trust between siblings. May this festival of Rakhi bring happiness and prosperity in everyone's life and the whole country be tied in the bond of unity, I wish this.'' In this way, many politicians congratulated everyone.
