NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi told MPs at a two-day MP workshop 'Exercise Class' for BJP's Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha MPs on Saturday that they should be in constant touch with party workers. He also said to not to foget the contribution of workers in making MLA or MP.  The contribution should not be forgotten. Addressing 380 MPs from the party in both houses of Parliament, Modi compared the party and the workers to the mother who nurtures her child but feels neglected when she starts paying more attention to herself.

PM asks MPs not to forget party and workers and give importance to them. Modi asked party MPs to keep in touch with the workers. The Prime Minister said, MPs should listen to the workers during the entire tenure, not just at the time of elections. They should take an active part in the proceedings of Parliament. He suggested party MPs to work hard.

He said, BJP has reached here because of its ideology and thinking and not because of the legacy of a family. During the visit, Modi said, look at these things carefully and take a look at them. Prime Minister Narendra Modi told party MPs about the importance of the strength of the organisation and described the impressive victory in the local body elections in Tripura. "No matter how old we are, we should not stop learning. It should go on continuously.
