Sharing this picture, Union Minister Smriti Irani wrote that with the message of the progress of the country and brotherhood and peace in the society, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today handed over a chadar on the occasion of Hazrat Khwaja Garib Nawaz's annual Urs.
