New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi has addressed the 89th episode of the 'Mann Ki Baat programme on Sunday. Due to this, he has mentioned the suggestions received from the countrymen. Addressing the 'Mann Ki Baat', the PRIME Minister said, "The figure of a unicorn in the country has crossed 100. In the last few days, 14 new unicorns have been created. India's startups are growing. He said India's startup will take a new flight. The time to come will be India's. These unicorns are working in many directions. Many countries lag behind India in terms of unicorns.

Prime Minister Modi said, "A few days ago, I came across an interesting and fascinating thing, which is full of the creativity of the countrymen and their artistic talent. It is a gift that a self-help group from Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu sent me. This gift has the fragrance of India and blessings of mother power. There is also a glimpse of their affection for me. It's a special Thanjavur Doll, which also has a GI tag. I am especially grateful to the Thanjavur Self-Help Group for sending me this gift that has been created in the local culture. "As beautiful as this Thanjavur Doll is, it is also writing a new story of women empowerment. In Thanjavur, stores of women's self-help groups and kiosks are also opening up. Because of this, the lives of many poor families have changed. With the help of such kiosks and stores, women are now able to sell their products directly to customers. The initiative has been named 'Tharangaegal Kaivinai Poruttakal Veerappanai Angadi'. The special thing is that there are 22 self-help groups associated with this initiative.''

PM Modi said, "I also have a request from the listeners of 'Mann Ki Baat'. You, in your area, find out which women's self-help groups are working. You should also gather information about their products and use more and more of these products. By doing so, you will not only help in increasing the income of self-help groups but will also speed up the 'Self-Reliant India Campaign'. '
