President Kovind, PM Modi Extend Janmashtami Greetings To Nation

New Delhi: The birthday of Lord Krishna is being celebrated across the country today with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm. The grand temple of Lord Krishna, which is located in the country and the world, has been decorated. On the occasion, the President and the Prime Minister greeted the countrymen.

President Ram Nath Kovind wrote on Twitter, "Greetings and good wishes to fellow citizens on Janmashtami. As we reflect upon the timeless teachings of Lord Krishna, may this be a joyous day full of festivities and celebrations for all of us."

PM Modi also wished for everyone''s good health and happiness on the joyous occasion. "Janmashtami greetings to everyone! May the blessings of Bhagwan Shri Krishna always bring happiness and good health in our lives. Jai Shri Krishna!", the Prime Minister tweeted.

Prime Minister Modi will launch the reconstruction project of the 200-year-old Lord Srikrishna Temple in the capital Manama on Saturday. The project will cost 42 million dollars. Prime Minister Modi will arrive in Bahrain on Saturday on a two-day visit. He will launch the reconstruction project of Srinathji Temple at a special function in Manama. Modi is the first Indian PM to visit Bahrain. During the visit, he will also meet Bahrain's ruler Sheikh Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and other leaders.
