We all know that rain continous in Telangana since the last few weeks and now it is causing trouble for the locals. On wake of this, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday contacted  the chief minister  K Chandrashekhar Rao, spoke on the phone and asked about the state's conditions due to heavy rains. He assured that all support and assistance would be received from the Centre for relief and relief. Modi also tweeted, "My thoughts are with those suffering from heavy rains".

Apart from this, the government has put the entire administration on high alert and has initiated relief and relief measures across the state. Two helicopters were kept standby, while boats were deployed to evacuate people trapped in flooded lowlands.
