On the 100th anniversary of Champaran Satyagraha, PM Modi will address "Swachchh Bharat Mission". Today he will flag off a number of railway schemes. The PM visit is a part of the concluding celebration of Champaran Satyagraha centenary launched by the Bihar Government in April last year. On this occasion, 'Satyagraha to Swachhagrah' program PM will address more than 20,000 Swachhagrahis at the Gandhi Maidan. PM will also inaugurate the 22 crore restoration work of Motihari. This lake is called Motihari's Life Line and will be developed on the same lines as the Narmada River Front of Gujarat.
