Gujarat:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to officially launch and lay the foundation for a number of development projects in Gujarat on Monday.

In Ahmedabad, PM Modi will officially open Phase 1 of the Modi Shaikshanik Sankul, an educational complex for for needy students. The project will help in providing resources for studens' overall growth.

In the Amod town of the Bharuch district, he will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stone for projects worth more than Rs 8,000 crore. PM Modi will also lay the foundation for Jambusar's Bulk Drug Park as a next step toward making India "Aatmanirbhar" (self-reliant) in the pharmaceutical industry. Bulk pharmaceuticals made up more than 60% of all pharmaceutical imports in 2021–2022.

The PM will also lay the foundation stone of the Deep Sea Pipeline Project at Dahej, which will assist in the disposal of treated wastewater from industrial estates.

Phase I of the Ankleshwar Airport and the construction of multilevel industrial sheds at Ankleshwar and Panoli, which will support the MSME sector, are other projects whose foundation stones will be placed by the prime minister.
"The groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of numerous industrial parks will be conducted by the prime minister. These include an agro-food park at Mudetha (Banaskantha), a seafood park at Kakwadi Danti (Valsad), an MSME park at Khandivav (Mahisagar), four tribal industrial parks that will be built in Valia (Bharuch), Amirgadh (Banaskantha), Chakaliya (Dahod), and Vanar (Chhota Udaipur "In a statement, the Prime Minister's Office said. The prime minister will designate a number of initiatives that will help the chemicals industry. At Dahej, he will dedicate a 130 MW cogeneration power plant connected to an 800 TPD caustic soda plant.

Along with this, he will dedicate the addition to the current caustic soda plant in Dahej, whose output has increased from 785 MT/day to 1310 MT/day.

The PM  will  also dedicate a project for the production of more than 1 lakh MT of chloromethanes annually in Dahej.
The Hydrazine Hydrate Plant at Dahej, which will aid in the product's import substitution, the IOCL Dahej-Koyali Pipeline Project, the underground drainage and STP work in Bharuch, and the widening and strengthening of Umlla e.

In Jamnagar, the prime minister will dedicate to the country and lay the foundation stone for projects worth roughly Rs 1,450 crore. These initiatives deal with urban infrastructure, power, water supply, and irrigation. The Haripar 40 MW Solar PV project and package 7 of the Saurashtra Avtaran Irrigation (SAUNI) Yojana Link 3 (from Und Dam to Sonmati Dam) will also be dedicated by the prime minister, together with package 5 of the SAUNI Yojana Link 1 (from Und-1 Dam to SANI Dam).

The prime minister would also dedicate the Hapa Market Yard Railway Crossing, the Lalpur Bypass Junction Flyover Bridge, the Kalavad Group Augmentation Water Supply Scheme, the Kalavad/Jamnagar Taluka Morbi-Maliya-Jodiya Group Augmentation Water Supply Scheme, and the renovation of the sewer collection pipeline and pumping station.
