Bishkek: A separate PM Narendra Modi will hold informal talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Chinping from the Shanghai Corporation ORGANIZATION (SCO) on June 13-14 this week in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar has briefed on the same saying that there will be no talks between PM Modi and Pakistan's PM Imran Khan at the SCO summit.

External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Raveesh Kumar has said that we cannot do more in this situation. While on the PM Modi meeting, secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs (west) Geetesh Sharma has said that, "on the sidelines of the SCO summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, PM Modi will have bilateral talks between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping. "While PM Modi will not have any talks with Pakistan's PM Imran Khan at the conference.

Let me tell you that there had been reports some time back that PM Modi, Pakistan can meet PM Imran Khan. Imran Khan, too, had written a letter to PM Modi appealing for talks. But India had already made it clear that unless Pakistan acts hard against terrorism, there will be no dialogue.
