Varanasi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to visit his parliamentary constituency Kashi today i.e. In fact, he is going to dedicate and lay the foundation stone of schemes worth Rs 1474 crores including the International Convention Centre 'Rudraksha.'
