New Delhi: Today, 23 March, the day for the remembrance of our great Indian martyrs, who fought for our country and sacrificed their life happily for the sake of our motherland and its children.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered our great fighters on the day, he expressed his view via social media Twitter. His post reads, "Remembering Bhagat Singh, Rajguru & Sukhdev on the day of their martyrdom. India will never forget their courage & sacrifice."

On 23rd of March, all the three moderates- Bhagat Singh, Rajguru, and Sukhdev were hanged by the British government. On 8th of April 1929, to resist the 'public safety' and 'trade dispute bill' bombarding in the Central Assembly took place, after which all the three moderates were arrested and decided to be hanged.Â
