At the start if todays meeting in Parliament, Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Kiren Rijiju highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's call for National Democratic Alliance (NDA) MPs to uphold parliamentary rules and effectively address key issues.
"PM Modi stressed the importance of following parliamentary rules and conducting oneself in a manner befitting a responsible MP. This guidance is crucial, especially for first-time MPs," remarked Rijiju following the NDA gathering.
Emphasizing the nation's welfare, Rijiju added, "The PM underscored that every MP is elected to serve the country, regardless of party affiliation. Service to the nation must remain our foremost duty."
Further elaborating on the PM's directives, Rijiju stated, "The Prime Minister urged MPs to proficiently represent their constituencies and gain expertise in pivotal national issues, such as water management, environmental conservation, and social welfare."
