New Delhi: Prime Minister Modi's three-decade-old speech is currently going viral on the internet. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself mentioned that incident in the Lok Sabha on Wednesday and told how posters were put up in Kashmir during that period before his arrival. Responding to these terrorists in Jammu, the Prime Minister had said that after two days it will be decided at Lal Chowk as to who has drunk the mother's milk. The video of that speech of Prime Minister Modi has also surfaced. Delhi BJP leader Kapil Mishra has shared a 32-year-old video of Prime Minister Modi on Twitter.

Responding to the discussion on the President's address, Prime Minister Modi attacked the Congress party. Without naming Rahul Gandhi's Bharat Jodo Yatra, the PM said that Jammu and Kashmir was also discussed here. Those who have recently visited Jammu and Kashmir must have seen how gracefully one can go there. After several decades, Jammu and Kashmir has broken records in terms of tourist arrivals. Today the festival of democracy is being celebrated there. He said that he had also taken a trip to Kashmir taking a pledge to hoist the flag at Lal Chowk. Then the terrorists had put up posters that let's see who has drunk his mother's milk, who hoists the flag at Lal Chowk.

Modi said he had announced on January 23 that year that he would go to Lal Chowk at 11 am on January 26 and hoist the national flag there without security and bullet proof jackets, then see who had consumed mother's milk. BJP leader Kapil Mishra has also shared the video of that speech of Prime Minister Modi. Wearing a saffron turban, Modi is saying in front of the mike, 'Posters have been put up at Lal Chowk, it has been written on the walls that those who have drunk their mother's milk should come to Srinagar's Lal Chowk and hoist the tricolor. If return alive, the terrorists will reward them.
