Ahmedabad: Pm Narendra Modi's mother Hiraba Modi's birthday is on June 18. With this day, Hiraba (Heeraben) will enter the 100th year of her life. Hiraba Modi is perfectly healthy even after she is 100 years old. In fact, Hiraba has been living in Gandhinagar with her younger son Pankaj Modi for years. Even today, Hiraba walks in her house without any support and does all the work of her house on her own.

Talking about Hiraba's food, she mostly eats the food of the house. They eat more things like khichdi, dal, rice. They like the sweet lot. When PM Modi also arrives for Hiraba's blessings on the occasion of his birthday, his mouth is also sweetened with mishri and lapsi. Whenever PM Modi also eats with Hiraba, he eats simple food, like roti, sabzi, dal, rice and salad. Let us tell you that Hiraba may be 100 years old, but six months ago, in the election of the Municipal Corporation of Gandhinagar, she herself had reached the school to vote, and joined this festival of democracy herself. Even during the crisis of Corona, when there was confusion in the hearts of the people about the vaccine, they themselves set an example in front of the society by getting vaccinated.

A dietician from Ahmedabad says that even at the age of 100, there is no big news about Hiraba's disease. Their health is much better than the health of ordinary people. Simple food is a sign of a healthy life. And they always like to eat plain food, even in that, homemade food. Hiraba has spent her whole life in a very simple way. Hiraba is a wonderful example for how to live a healthy life.
