New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi is addressing the nation today amid the corona epidemic. Meanwhile, PM Modi has made a big announcement on Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana. PM Modi said that today the government has decided that pradhan mantri garib kalyan anna yojana will now be extended till Deepawali. At this time of epidemic, the government stands by the poor with every need of them. That is, by November, more than 80 crore countrymen will get a fixed quantity of free foodgrains every month.

Earlier, in a big announcement, PM Modi said that the Union Government will provide corona vaccine free of cost to all state governments. He said the state governments will not have to spend a single penny for the vaccine. Pm Modi also said that those who are creating apprehensions about the vaccine, spreading rumours, are playing a big game with the lives of gullible brothers and sisters. Such rumours need to be alert.  So far, crores of people in the country have got free vaccine. Now, even those in the age group of 18 years will join it. The Government of India will provide free vaccine to all the countrymen.

Earlier, speaking at the beginning of his address, PM Modi said that this is the biggest epidemic in the last hundred years and is a tragedy. Such an epidemic was not seen or experienced by the modern world. With such a huge global epidemic, our country has fought together on many fronts.  P.M. Modi praised the scientists of the country and said that our country, scientists have shown that India is not lagging behind big countries. Today, when I am talking to you, more than 23 crore vaccine doses have been given in the country.
