Vivek Oberai starrer  Prime Minister Narendra Modi's biopic is making quite a buzz since the release of its first poster. The biopic will reportedly unfold the journey of Modi, ranging from his humble beginning to his rise as the Prime Minister of the country. He was postponed following the death of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Sunday evening.

According to the source,  the poster launch of our film 'PM Narendra Modi', which was scheduled for March 18, 10.30 am, has been postponed due to the death of Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar. Our heartfelt condolences to his family in this time of grief. Rest in peace." No new date has been announced for the poster launch.

PM Narendra Modi is  directed Omung Kumar B, and is produced by Sandeep Ssingh, Anand Pandit and Suresh Oberoi. The film will feature Vivek Oberoi in nine different looks.

Parrikar passed away at the age of 63 after a prolonged battle with pancreatic cancer. BJP President Amit Shah was to launch the poster of the film PM Narendra Modi on Monday morning in Delhi. In 1994, Parrikar made entry into electoral politics by winning on a BJP ticket from Panaji constituency. He served as India's defence minister from November 2014 to March 2017 in PM Modi's cabinet.
