Vivek Oberoi starrer PM Narendra Modi is one of the much anticipated movies of the year.  While the honourable Prime Minister’s biopic won the competition between Hindi films, Hollywood film Aladdin beat the two new releases and the already running De De Pyaar De starring Ajay Devgn.  Film PM Narendra Modi is riding high on the success of PM Modi and BJP’s landslide win in the 2019 Lok Sabha Election Results. The public is rushing to theatres to watch the life story of our honourable Prime Minister. The film minted a collection of 2.50 crore nett, whereas Arjun Kapoor’s India’s Most Wanted earned 2 crore nett on the opening day.

According to the Box Office India report, “PM Narendra Modi won the race on day one between the Hindi films as it collected in the 2.25-2.50 crore nett while Indias Most Wanted collected 1.75-2 crore nett. The former probably helped by the election win yesterday as was better in the Hindi markets.”

Aladdin had a clear win over the Vivek Oberoi starrer and Arjun Kapoor starrer. But things are expected to look up this week for PM Narendra Modi biopic.

Aladdin is the remake of the classic animated film which revolves around the love story of Aladdin and Princess Jasmine. The film collected 4.25 crore net.
