PM Narendra Modi extends greetings to states for their formation day

NEW DELHI: On the formation days of Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Haryana, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted the people of those states. Prime Minister Modi greeted the people of these six states in a series of tweets.

Taking to the official Twitter handle the Prime Minister wrote: "Greetings to my sisters and brothers of Andhra Pradesh on the state's Formation Day. The people of Andhra Pradesh are known for their skills, determination and tenacity. That is why they are successful in many fields. May the people of AP always be happy, healthy and successful."  Also, the Wishing people of Kerala, Modi said, "Kerala Piravi (Kerala Formation day) greetings to the people of Kerala. Kerala is widely admired for its picturesque surroundings and the industrious nature of its people. May the people of Kerala succeed in their various endeavours.

Modi said in his message to the people of Karnataka, "On the occasion of Karnataka Rajyotsava, best wishes. Karnataka has made a name for itself because of its people's innovative spirit. The state is at the forefront of innovative research and business ventures. May Karnataka achieve even greater success in the future."

Modi greeted the people of Chhattisgarh by saying this:"On the occasion of Chhattisgarh's state foundation day, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to everyone. I hope that Chhattisgarh, with its distinct folk song, folk dance, art, and culture, will set a new standard for progress." Modi expressed his best wishes to the people of Madhya Pradesh, saying, "Heartfelt greetings to the people of Madhya Pradesh on the occasion of the state's foundation day. I hope that this state, which is rich in natural resources, art, and culture, continues to progress." Modi said in a message to the people of Haryana, "On the occasion of the state's foundation day, many congratulations to the people of Haryana. I hope that by preserving its traditions and culture, this will set a new standard for development."
