New Delhi: On Monday, April 27, PM Narendra Modi will talk to the Chief Ministers of all the states for the third time. He will share ideas with states to prevent coronavirus infection. While almost all states are in favour of continuing the lockdown, during this time, some burning issues can be raised vigorously by the Prime Minister on behalf of non-BJP ruled states.

Maharashtra government is constantly contacting the central government regarding the poor labourers and workers of other states. CM Uddhav Thackeray also wants that there should be some arrangements for the workers who want to go to their home. Similarly, there is pressure to bring people stranded in other states due to lockdown. There are also states like Delhi, Maharashtra, Gujarat, where the number of poor, labourers without ration cards is in large numbers. State governments are providing food to the labourers without ration cards, but for them, it is practically difficult.

There is also pressure on states like Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal to bring back the poor and labourers who have gone to other states.
