New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi met UK Foreign Minister Dominic Raab on Wednesday, in which the two leaders discussed various dimensions of their strategic relationship. Foreign Ministry spokesman Anurag Shrivastava said in his tweet that Britain's Foreign Minister Dominic Raab met PM Modi. During this time various dimensions of our strategic alliances were discussed.

Raab is on a tour of India from December 14-17. Meanwhile, the UK Foreign Minister held talks with Foreign Minister S Jaishankar on Tuesday. During the meeting of foreign ministers on Tuesday, both sides have agreed to prepare an ambitious blueprint for 10 years to further strengthen their relationship. Both countries have also agreed to pursue strategic cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region. Both sides brainstormed a wide range of topics during the meeting. During this, Jaishankar and Raab spoke on ways to take forward business alliances, which could be very important in the direction of free trade agreement in future.

Jaishankar had said in a joint press conference that the two sides held extensive discussions on a variety of subjects for four hours and focused on how to take their bilateral relations to a higher level. During this time, ideas were exchanged in five areas such as business and prosperity, defence and security, climate change, people-to-people contact, healthcare.
