NEW DELHI: A meeting of party chiefs led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on has agreed to enhance the dignity of Parliament and MPs, new Parliament Building, launch a water conservation campaign on the lines of the 'Swatchta Yoga campaign'.
During the meeting, the leaders met with serious brainstorming on the issue of non-stop live broadcasting, reduction in pay allowances and binding on the defection law in 90 days. The PM also agreed on a number of these issues. Asaduddin Owaisi of the AIMIM demanded an increase in the number of employees with the creation of a new Parliament building and providing room for MPs in parliament house.

At the same time, Owaisi said that there is no place for MPs to sit in the present Parliament House. If necessary, the government will acquire the land of Rashtrapati Bhavan and build a new Parliament building. The PM agreed and assured to consider it. His party president Ashish Patel advised to carry out water conservation campaigns on the lines of sanitation and yoga campaign. Emphasizes on reaching Swaraj to the village on the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
