It is noteworthy that in the Monsoon Session, the Parliament has approved the Agricultural Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill-2020 and the Farmers' (Empowerment and Protection) Price Assurance Agreement and Agreement on Agricultural Services Bill-2020. Farmers in Punjab and Haryana have been protesting on this.
