New Delhi: PM Modi while addressing the people on the occasion of International Yoga Day on Sunday said that we have been told here that rich dietary diet, rich Chestasya Karmasu, rich self-knowledge and self-realization, Yogi Bhavati sadness. That is, yoga is the right food, the right way to play, the right habits to sleep and wake up, and do your work properly. Prime Minister Modi said that without any selfishness here, the spirit of favoring all people has also been called Karmayog. This feeling of Karmayoga is absorbed in the warmth of India. As a conscious citizen, we will move forward unitedly as a family and society.

Explaining the importance of yoga and pranayama, PM Modi said that the corona virus specifically attacks our respiratory system. The most helpful way to strengthen our respiratory system is pranayama, ie breathing exercise. You must include pranayama in your daily practice, and learn other pranayama techniques along with anulom-antonyms.

PM Modi said that yoga means samvatam yoga. That is, the name of compatibility-adversity, success-failure, happiness-crisis, staying the same in every situation, remaining steadfast is the sum. He said that while we are talking about the solution of problems and the welfare of the world through yoga, I also want to remind you again of Yogeshwar Shri Krishna's Karmayoga. In the Gita, Lord Krishna has said about Yoga, saying- 'Yoga Karmasu Kaushalam', that is, the efficiency of Karma is Yoga.
