New Delhi: PM Modi has made a big announcement on Saturday from the Red Fort on the corona vaccine. PM Modi said that "At present, trials are going on 3 vaccines in the country. As soon as it is approved by the scientists. Then it will be given to the people on a large scale".

In his address, PM Modi said that whenever there is talk about the corona epidemic, there is a question in everyone's mind as to when the vaccine will be made. The talent of our scientists in the country is like sages and monks, who are doing hard penance in the laboratory. PM Modi said that not one or two but three vaccines are undergoing trials at different stages. PM Modi said that when we'll get approval from scientists, there will be a large scale production. Its preparations have been made, along with this the roadmap for how to deliver the vaccine to the people of the country in the shortest time is ready.

Under the leadership of Bharat Biotech, a trial of coronavirus vaccine is going on at 12 centres in the country. So far the first trial has been completed in different areas of the country and the second phase is expected to start in early September. Hundreds of candidates have appeared in many places including Delhi-Patna-Chennai, on which the vaccine has been tested. Work is also being done by the Serum Institute on the production of vaccine after the trial.
