AJMER: Narendra Modi will speak at a public meeting in Ajmer today afternoon to mark his completion of 9 years in office. The Rajasthan chapter of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is hosting the event, which aims to excite party members and increase support before the state's impending assembly elections later this year.

Construction of enormous domes covering an amazing four lakh square feet area at Kayad Virshramsthali near Ajmer is ongoing as part of the preparations for the gathering. A BJP media coordinator named Pankaj Joshi indicated that the location can hold a sizable crowd thanks to 74 blocks set aside for visitors. He added that the BJP will use the occasion to formally introduce its month-long "Maha Jan Sampark" project throughout Rajasthan.

A one-kilometer-long "Yojna Gallery" has been erected at the dome's entrance. The development and advancement of the BJP-led NDA Government during the previous nine years will be highlighted in this gallery. The gallery will showcase the national programmes and information highlighting their recipients under the topic of "Seva, Sushashan, and Garib Kalyan" (Service, Good Governance, and Welfare of the Poor). The key draws for tourists will include programmes like Shramyogi Mandhan Yojna, Agnipath, Atal Pension Yojna, Sukanya Samriddhi Yojna, Kaushal Vikas Yojna, PM Ujjwala Yojna, Mudra Yojna, MSME, the building of the magnificent Sriram Mandir, and the opening of the new Sansad Bhawan.

The Prime Minister is expected to arrive immediately in Ajmer and deliver a speech to the crowd, which is likely to include around 2 lakh party members, top officials, Union ministers, as well as legilstors from Rajasthan. Leader of the Opposition Rajendra Rathore, Pradesh Sangathan Mantri Chandrashekhar, and BJP State President C P Joshi are already in Ajmer to monitor the preparations closely.

The BJP plans to include party members, leaders, MLAs, and MPs from ten surrounding districts of Ajmer, which include 45 assembly and 8 lok sabha seats, in the next assembly elections slated for December.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken part in a number of BJP events over the past ten months in Rajasthan, including open forums at Abu Road and Dausa where he dedicated and laid the cornerstone for road projects.  He also  participated in Gurjar's Bhagwan Shree Devnarayan Mahotsav in Malseri Dungri in Bhilwara district and spoke at a rally at Mangarh Dham in the tribal region of Banswara district via video conference. He also flagged off the Vande Bharat train from Jaipur.
