Bhubaneswar: Today, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will once again visit Odisha to address 2 public meetings. Modi will address public rallies in Kendrapara at 11 am and Balasore at 1 pm in order to campaign for the candidates of his party. It should be noted that on April 16, Modi conducted a roadshow in Bhubaneswar and also addressed an election rally at the Baramunda Ground here.

Informing this to the media here on Thursday, BJP state spokesperson Golak Nayak said the Prime Minister will arrive in the state on April 23 to campaign for the party candidates and address Vijay Sankalp Samavesh in Kendrapara and Balasore. He further added that prior to the Prime Minister’s visit, Union Home minister Rajnath Singh will address public meetings in Mayurbhanj, Nayagarh and Cuttack Sadar on Friday (April 19).

Since the announcement of elections last month, Modi has undertaken back-to-back visits to Odisha as part of saffron party's efforts to strengthen the party's network. The party had managed to win a single seat in Sundargarh out of 21 Lok Sabha seats in 2014 polls while the saffron party could win 10 out of 147 seats in the assembly in last elections. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address three public meetings today.
> Kendrapara in Odisha at 11.25 am
> Balasore in Odisha at 1.20 pm
> Asansol in West Bengal at 3.50 pm
