Varanasi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) president Arvind Kejriwal is going to take oath of the post of CM of Delhi for the third time on Sunday (February 16) at Ramlila Maidan in the country's capital. Kejriwal has also sent an invitation to PM Modi to attend the oath-taking ceremony, but PM Modi will not be able to attend this ceremony because he already has a proposed Varanasi tour on 16 February.

PM Modi will visit his Lok Sabha constituency Varanasi on Sunday. During this time, he will release more than 30 projects in public function. According to the program released by the PMO, PM Modi will dedicate the Deendayal Upadhyaya memorial to the nation and inaugurate his statue. In addition, Mahakal Express will flag off the train. This private train will connect 3 Jyotirlinga shrines to Varanasi, Ujjain, and Omkareshwar. PM Modi will send IRCTC's Mahakal Express via video link. This will be the first overnight private train in the country.
