Mumbai: The defaulters in the PMC bank case can get relief soon. According to sources, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is preparing to detach the assets related to the PMC Bank case by filing an application in the court. At present, the ED is seeking legal advice in this entire matter, after which the PMLA will file an application in the court. In fact, the ED is taking legal opinion on whether a property detachment will not affect the case.

Significantly, there was a discussion on the PMC case between RBI Governor, ED Director, Mumbai Police Commissioner, and PMC Bank Administrators on Monday.
