Due to this, people who have diabetes or are at risk of increasing sugar levels are advised not to eat poha daily.

Weight- In fact, people who are trying to lose weight or reduce fat from the body, are often advised to eat poha. However, carbohydrates are found in very high amounts in pohe, which can increase the body weight rather than reduce it. And so far, many researchers have revealed that consuming too much of carbohydrates can cause problems like high blood pressure, heart problems, stroke and cholesterol. Along with this, peanuts are used in making poha. In fact, consuming too much peanuts can increase both obesity and body weight.

Acidity- Eating poha for breakfast can keep the stomach full for a long time. And if you consume more than a certain amount of pohe, then it can cause problems like acidity in the stomach, cramps, burning sensation in the stomach.

When and in what quantity to eat poha?- If you like poha too much then you can eat it twice a week at breakfast. And if you want, you can also take it as a tea-time snack once a week. While eating poha for breakfast, keep in mind that you do not eat more than a bowl and if you are eating poha to lose weight, then do not add peanuts while making it.
