Day by day, there are many shocking cases. Now, this time also, a shocking case has come to light which went to the Supreme Court. In fact, in this case, a poisonous snake was used as a 'weapon' to kill someone. Yes, and last Wednesday, the court said in the case that using a poisonous snake as a "weapon" to kill an elderly woman is a "heinous crime." According to information received, the Supreme Court has refused bail to the accused in the Rajasthan-related case. The unique case is said to have come up before a bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana, Justice Suryakant and Justice Hima Koli.

What's the matter- A woman was married to an Army man who was posted away from her home district. The woman used to talk to her lover regularly over the phone and the mother-in-law opposed this. The woman's father-in-law also lived outside her home district in connection with the job. The mother-in-law lived alone with her daughter-in-law and, fed up with her mother-in-law's scolding, hatched a horrific plot. The woman along with her lover and her friends arranged for a poisonous snake from a Snake charming in Jhunjhunu district. The snake was then put in a bag. On the night of June 2, 2018, the woman placed the snake bag with her mother-in-law. The elderly woman was then found dead the next morning. The hospital described it as a case of snakebite.

How did the police find out- Jhunjhunu police took the matter seriously and on checking it was found that the daughter-in-law of the deceased woman and a man had a phone conversation more than 100 times. Police later came to know that he was a part of the daughter-in-law of the deceased woman. The police arrested the duo and the duo confessed to the crime. On behalf of the woman's lover, advocate Aditya Kumar Chaudhary argued before a bench headed by the CJI that his client was not present at the crime scene. At the same time, the lawyer argued, 'How can he be considered part of the conspiracy when no one knows who the snake will bite? Just leaving a poisonous snake in a room does not mean that the snake knows who it should bite. The police did not check the credibility of the call record. My client has been in jail for more than a year.' However, the court has refused bail to the accused.
