Ramgarh police station in-charge Prabhat Ranjan Rai said that five months after Kidnap, a special team of Palamu policemen rescued the woman from MP and brought her back to Medininagar. He said that on the pretext of a job, one of his neighbours lured her and sent her to MP. The officer said that the neighbour was in contact with the criminals who have links with human traffickers. Without any information about her daughter, the girl's mother had contacted the police and lodged a case in August 2021.
