Faridabad: The main accused in the murder of Congress spokesperson Vikas Chaudhary, Kaushal has been taken into custody from Dubai.  Delhi Police Crime Branch team and the Faridabad Crime Branch team have jointly arrested Kaushal in action. Kaushal is a notorious gangster of Haryana and is also accused of soliciting colour from the big industrialists of Faridabad.

It is worth mentioning that Congress leader Vikas Chaudhary was shot to death on June 27. The incident took place when Choudhury left home for the gym in the morning. Congress leader Vikas Chaudhary was on his way to the gym as he was about to get out of his car as soon as the attackers opened fire on him indiscriminately. The attackers fled the scene after the incident. In a hurry after the incident, he was rushed to Sarvodaya Hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Former Congress President and MP from Wayanad Lok Sabha seat Rahul Gandhi had attacked the Khattar government condemning the killing. In a tweet, Rahul Gandhi said, "The murder of Congress spokesperson and leader Vikas Chaudhary in Faridabad is a deplorable, shameful and very tragic incident. It reflects the deteriorating law and order situation in Haryana. Give the soul of Lord Shri Chaudhary the strength to endure this trauma to peace and family. '
