Rajgarh: A boy was brutally thrashed by policemen at Boda in Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh, causing deep wounds on his body and tearing of his eardrum. The boy was beaten so mercilessly that the skin of his body was torn in places. The victim has accused the police of leaving a bribe of Rs 50,000. After the incident came to light, the SP has suspended 5 policemen including the ASI. The boy has complained to Home Minister Narottam Mishra about the vandalism meted out to him. Shubham Sisodia Sansi, a resident of Kadiya village of Boda police station area, said that he had gone to Bheswa Mata village on May 29 to attend a vow ceremony. Here the police made him sit in the car, describing him as a criminal in a case and took him to Lima Chauhan police station.

In the police station, he was severely beaten up for about an hour. After the beating, the boy was brought to the Boda police station, due to which the boy was also beaten up on the way. The boy was also beaten up after being taken behind the Boda police station. Then the boy was taken to Narsinghgarh and here he was beaten up overnight. When the boy's parents came to know about it, they reached the Boda police station and asked to produce him in the court. On the morning of May 30, the policemen brought the boy again to the Boda police station, after many pleas, when the victim's mother gave 50 thousand rupees to TI Ram Naresh Rathore, then released the boy. While releasing him from the police station, the policemen threatened the boy not to tell anyone about the assault. Due to the beating, the man got severe pain in his ear, after that, he reached Shujalpur on 1st June and showed the ear to the doctor. After which the doctor told the boy that his eardrum was torn. The doctor asked the boy to get medical after talking about the police case.

When the man reached Pachore Government Hospital for medical treatment at around 8 pm, he was referred from there to Shajapur. The next day, he reached Shajapur hospital and got him investigated, where two policemen reached to threaten him. Fearing the police, the boy returned to his village without taking the investigation report. The victim reached Rajgarh on June 6 and complained to SP Pradeep Sharma for assault. On the complaint of the boy, the SP suspended 5 police personnel, but no action was taken against the police station in-charge Ram Naresh Rathore, who took a bribe of 50 thousand rupees. Thereafter, the person filed a complaint application on June 7 in Bhopal DIG, Human Rights, CM's office. Along with this, Home Minister Narottam Mishra was also apprised about the matter.
