Let us tell you that the team of Defense Colony Police Station of Delhi has arrested the serial molester. The police have arrested the serial molester on the charge of raping an innocent student studying in class 5th. The culprit has been identified as 27-year-old Yash, a resident of Paharganj, Delhi. The culprit Yash is an electrician.

During interrogation of the same criminal, it has been revealed that many cases of POCSO Act are registered against him in different police stations of Delhi. Let us inform that on 23 November, the family members of the 10-year-old girl had lodged a complaint at the Defense Colony police station in Delhi. According to the complaint, the girl was playing near the house when the criminal forcibly took the girl with her and committed the heinous crime. After which the police had registered a case against the criminal under sections 363, 354, 376, 506 of IPC and POCSO Act. After registering the complaint, the police arrested the culprit.
