New Delhi: In north Delhi's Civil Lines area the police have discovered a half-burnt body of a man from a park as per said by police.
The police as per the sources news said 'The victim has been identified as Kaaliya and his body was found in Tikona Park yesterday in a semi-burnt condition with his hands tied'
It was found that he was in his 30s and used to roam around the area through the day and sleep on a footpath in the night, police said.
