Kejriwal has appealed to Delhiites to cast their votes only after looking at the model of BJP and AAP.

Arvind Kejriwal said that the MCD has made Delhi a litter. Molding is seen everywhere. Delhi is now being recognized as the garbage capital. Even the BJP has failed to implement the Prime Minister's ambitious Swachh Bharat Mission. Gajipur's garbage is going to be higher than the Taj Mahal. Only 40 percent of Delhi's garbage is disposed of. The rest goes to the landfill site. 80 to 90 percent of the public toilets of the corporation do not have water and electricity facilities, while 20 thousand public toilets of the Delhi government are equipped with every facility.

Apart from this, stating that MCD means the most corrupt department, Kejriwal has alleged that senior BJP leader Vijay Goel too recently called MCD a thief. Kejriwal questioned why the BJP leaders who ruled the MCD for three times are doing so? Why is corruption not being controlled? The Northern MCD does not have a charge sheet against only 17 of the 230 engineers, while the internal audit of the southern MCD owes Rs 1177 crore of property tax. At the same time, a scam of Rs 3299 crore has come out in the Northern MCD.
