The political crisis that has been going on in the state for almost a month may have come to an end, but during this time the entire system from the cities to the villages has gone bad. Most of these transfers were made at the will of the MLA, supporters of CM Ashok Gehlot. Many MLAs were not satisfied with the functioning of the officers and were continuously demanding their removal. The MLA supporting CM Ashok Gehlot was transferred in the transfer list.

From the transfer list of the MLA supported CM Gehlot, it was good to get the development work approved. CM Ashok Gehlot has fulfilled every legitimate demand of MLA. During this time, the MLA was also successful in getting their favorite officers installed in their assembly areas. The state government changed about 300 officers of Rajasthan Administrative Service and Rajasthan Police Service (RAS-RPS) in a month. The CM turned around 90 SDOs by obeying the MLA.

The MLA, which is supporting the government, fulfilled every demand related to the transfers in their respective areas. Within a month, there were about 16 transfer lists in the state. They were changed from IAS to RAS officers. In the largest number, about two hundred fifty officers of Rajasthan Administrative Service were moved here and there. The transfer list came from the districts to the villages every other day. In the same period, the transfer of panchayat level officers also took place during the period of impoundment. More than 100 officers were replaced in the transferred list of Block Development Officers, which started from 10 July. MLAs are also said to be very happy with these transferred lists. During this time, top-notch officers of many departments were also moved here and there. Many IAS officers have been convinced by the constant transfers. Such officers had to believe that they should work or continue to run around.
