The road between central and state politics is not coming in the way of industrial development. Along with this, there will be an industrial policy for industrial development in the entire country. The Center and all the State Governments will be obliged to follow that policy. According to Union Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal recently he has proposed to DPIIT to formulate a policy for industrial development that can be legally applicable to both the Center and the state. With this, the draft of the policy should be such that both the Center and the states can become partners of each other in industrial development. The Center and the states should follow that policy, for this, a regulatory framework will be prepared.

In such a situation, entrepreneurs have to bear the brunt due to the different policies and attitudes of the central and state government. States form separate policies for industrial development and in many respects, they are completely different from the policy of the Center.
