Chandigarh: The Haryana Election Commission has announced the dates for the municipal elections. According to the Election Commission, voting will be held on June 19 in 18 municipal councils and 31 municipalities. At the same time, the results will come on June 22 from 8 am. The Manohar Lal Khattar government of Haryana has agreed to hold municipal elections in these places.

Haryana Election Commissioner Dhanpat Singh has informed that voting will be held on June 19 in 18 municipal councils and 31 municipalities of Haryana. Voting will continue from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. Counting of votes will begin on June 22 at 8 am. Let us inform that the model code of conduct for the municipal elections will be implemented in Haryana from today. Apart from this, candidates will be able to file nominations between May 30 and June 4 from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Scrutiny of nomination papers will be done on 6th June and nomination papers can be withdrawn on 7th June. Election symbols will be given to the candidates on June 7 at 3:00 pm. The seats where elections are being held are Gohana, Hodal, Palwal, Sohna, Mandi Dabwali, Charkhi Dadri, Jhajjar, Jind, Kaithal, Hansi, Bahadurgarh, Narwana, Tohana, Nuh, Kalka, Narnaul, Fatehabad and Bhiwani. .
