New Delhi: Hindu organisations pasted a sticker of 'CDS General Bipin Rawat Marg' on the board of Akbar Road in the capital on Tuesday (December 14) to place a road in the national capital in the name of late CDS General Bipin Rawat. The incident is said to have taken place around 2.30 pm. The name of the person pasting the sticker is Azad Mahendra Kumar. Tell us that Mahendra Kumar puts 'Azad' with his name on his social media.

The sticker pasted in the name of Akbar Marg says, 'General Bipin Rawat remain immortal. In honour of the Indian Army. At the same time, a candle march has been paid to CDS General Bipin Rawat along with a candle around him. The sticker pasted on top of Akbar's name is painted in the colour of the tricolour. Releasing the video, Azad Mahendra Kumar said that we want the names of the Mughals to be changed. We have done this for the honour of the Army. We also respect the small police constable. the road in the name of CDS General Rawat is our demand. At the same time, slogans were raised about Indian Army Zindabad and General Bipin Rawat Amar Raho.

The Delhi BJP has already raised the demand to name Akbar Road after CDS General Bipin Rawat. The demand was made by BJP Delhi media in-charge Naveen Kumar Jindal in a letter sent to the Delhi municipality chief and vice president on December 10. The letter said that doing this would be a real tribute to CDS Bipin Rawat.
