Ingredients for making potli samosas-
Maida - 1 cup
oil- as according
Salt - to taste
Content for stuffing-
Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
Fennel- 1 tablespoon
Celery- 1 pinch
Standing Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Ground red chilli - predictable
Salt - to taste
How to make potli samosas: For this, first wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in the pressure cooker and add water as per the estimated time and boil on the gas on a high flame till two whistles. Now when the potatoes are boiled, turn off the gas and let the potatoes cool a little. Mash the potatoes when they cool down a little. Then mix the flour, oil and salt well and add water as per the estimated and knead and keep for half an hour. Now heat the frying pan on medium heat on the gas and add fennel, cumin seeds, coriander and celery and fry. Then, when the roasted spices cool down, add them to the mixer and grind them. Now add boiled potato chillies and salt to the mixture and mix well. Now you make small dough loaves. Then place the space between these loaves and add potato mixture inside it and shape the dough with a potli shape by turning it up. In the meantime, make sure that the dough does not come out.
