The most difficult stunts of the season had to be performed by the contestants in this week's episode of the fierce stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. However, the show's host, Rohit Shetty, acknowledged that the absence of a recently eliminated contestant leaves the show lacking. As the contestants began to form their opinions, Pratik Sehajpal entered the room and grinned as he greeted everyone. He vowed to the host that this time, he would give it his all and not let him down.

It is a no-elimination week, according to Rohit Shetty, and contestants are competing to win the K-medal, which will advance them in the competition. Contestants in the first task worked in pairs to complete a task that involved water and a vacuum. The task was won by Sriti Jha and Tushar Kalia over the pairs Faisu-Kanika and Jannat-Rajiv. Silver was awarded to the winning team, moving them one step closer to the K medal.

As the episode went on, Rohit Shetty announced another challenging yet exciting task that involved heights. In an unexpected move, Pratik Sehajpal and Nishant Bhat took on the task head-on. Each of the two people collected 8 flags. Shetty finally revealed that Nishant had won the task after much suspense about the outcome.

Not only that, but the episode's final challenge—a water and animal-based puzzle—was the hardest of the entire season. With this one, Rubina Dilaik and Mohit Malik overcame all of their major phobias and completed the task. Rubina didn't complete the task even partially. In contrast, Mohit performed and took first place in just six minutes.
