Prayagraj: These days the issue of love jihad has caught quite a lot. There are talks about this everywhere. The preparations of the government to make a strict law against love jihad are also going on. Meanwhile, the Allahabad High Court has pronounced an important decision. Recently the court has said that any person has the right to choose a life partner of their choice. The court says that the law allows two adults to live together, whether they are of the same or opposite sex.

The case of Salamat Ansari and Priyanka Kharwar, living in Kushinagar was being heard. Meanwhile, while hearing the court said in its order, 'The law gives the right to an adult woman or man to choose their life partner. No person or family can interfere in their peaceful life. ' The court also said, 'the state also cannot object to the relation of two adults.'

This decision was pronounced by the court during the hearing of the petition filed by Salamat Ansari of Kushinagar police station and three others. Salamat and Priyanka Kharwar married against the wishes of the family with Muslim custom. Priyanka Kharwar has become Alia after marriage. Priyanka's family has filed an FIR in this case and in the FIR, they have said that 'their daughter has been seduced.' In the FIR, the Posco Act has been imposed against the accused and the case has been heard.
